  6. Listed in ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service) with great photographs.
  7. Optimize your home on Zillow, Trulia and numerous other websites for maximum exposure.
  8. Host  Open Houses every week the home is listed.
  9. Hand deliver 400 postcard invitations to potential buyers.
  10. Create a personalized website just for your home.
  11. Mail a high gloss postcard to 1000 people letting them know your home is for sale.
  12. Market the home through social media outlets; Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
  13. Listing notification sent to all Realtors in the Phoenix Metro area.
  14. Listing notification sent to our “Sphere of Influence” contacts.  This includes past buyers, sellers and investors.
  15. Realtor Tours as available.
  16. Continue to check on home and restock flyers as needed.
